Custom hand-made baby doll style peplum blouse. measurements shown in pictures. I ware a US size 12 top, and am a 36D bra size. super flattering and yet comfortable. hides all the areas you want hidden but gives the illusion of thin waste. It cost me about $30 to make it, but asking for 20.
