Handmade Black and Purple Witch's Dress Costume

Beautifully hand sewn empire-waisted black dress witch's costume with ruffled sleeve detailing. The black material is a thick, stretchy, matte black crepe and the purple is one layer of a see-though chiffon. There is a slight bit of wear on the edges of the chiffon pieces, but it's fine for a costume. I suspect that this dress was made for a petite woman, it is about a woman's size 4, or a Girls' size Large (10-12). The waist is 26", the bust is 32" and it is about 34-1/2" long. My daughter (pictured) wore it when she was in the 4th grade, but she is super petite and you can tell it was big on her. She still had the best time being a witch!
