Handmade Blue and Purple Ribbon Lace Striped Festival Skirt Please see measurements. I've guessed it's a Large but could fit a variety of sizes due to the stretch waist. I had this displayed on a mannequin for a while but this deserves to be worn and loved. It has a 14" waist but will stretch because of the elastic waistband (last picture). It's 32" long. Layers of lace, different floral fabrics and ribbon. It's HEAVY. Most likely handmade and by someone with talent as the seams are impressive. No internal tags. Make me an offer!
