Handmade by me with high quality finishes. Fabric is Silk ..cost me about $40 a yard >.< and many hours sewing. side invisible zipper. one side pocket with facings. box pleats at waistband. Hook and eye closure with 2 settings. Lining. tulle layer w/ velvet trim. Hem trim. waist 27-29" length 22.5". Worn a couple of times, excellent condition. faireewings @sarahmm93 I was going to reply to you today that I didn't have a chance to check yet! sorry about that . I have to get out the fabric and check the pleating x measurements calculation. In case not enough I can swing by the store near my work and see if by chance they still carry it. Anyway I only have time to sew it on the weekends so next opportunity is this weekend coming up.

faireewings @kierfly the waist of the skirt measures 29 3/8" and the hip it's hard to measure since there is so much volume but it's like 56"
