Handmade at a local boutique. Adorable adjustable A-line dress with functional tie shoulders. Great spring and summer colors with light blue accent around neckline. No size tag but my daughter wore when she was sizes 4-5+ Works great with a denim jacket. Excellent used condition, no flaws!
