Handmade Cat Doll, Vintage Art Doll by Karen Drayne, Dirty Bunnie Original 1989 Wonderfully sweet and charmingly rustic, surely the perfect companion to any assortment of country-cottage home decor. Large painted fabric doll, a beautiful farm cat wearing a checkered gingham dress. Her ruffled apron is decorated with a small blackbird wearing a scarf. Named “Marion Martin,”, painstakingly handcrafted and pieced together by Karen Drayne as part of her “Dirt Bunnie Originals” collection. Signed by artist and dated on the paw for 1989. In excellent condition with no flaws. The doll was designed to have a ‘weathered, distressed’ appearance - all signs of fraying threads, discoloration, age spots, hand stitching, etc. is intentional and was not caused by external damage. Approximate measurements: 23 inches long from the tips of her ears to tip of her tail.
