Beautifully made, upcycled circle dress. Twirls for days in this beautiful cotton Lycra, handmade dress. The top has faux buttons with scalloped edges. Bottom edge is left raw to allow maximum twirling! So soft, and the blue background with floral print is stunning against the red polka dot top!
