This skirt is cut in three tailored panels to reduce bulkiness at the waistline and allow a full 126.5-inch circumference at the hem. The skirt is 42 inches in length. The skirt can be worn without an underskirt. The skirt is shown over a three-hoop crinoline with a 36" diameter on the lower hoop (not included). The sash is made of a complementary dark blue cotton blend. The sash is a generous 127 inches long and comes to a nicely tailored point on each end. The sash is folded over and sewn to be double sided. The blouse is made of white cotton blend. The blouse is generously cut for a full, gathered look, so bust measurement isn't the primary determining factor in choosing a blouse. This is not a tightly fitted blouse. The blouse runs true to size. A decorative button adorns the neckline (removable for ease in laundering). These are quality made garments, meant to be worn again and again.
