Handmade Cotton Suspender Skirt w Ruffles Girls 10

Adorable suspender skirt completed with ruffled suspenders. Very light weight - great for spring and summer but can be worn with woolen tights and sweaters in fall and winter too! Elastic at back of waist for comfortable fit. Box pleats. Suspender straps were intentionally left long to remain adjustable - although you would have to unpick the stitching and then re-sew (or add buttons if you wish!) Waist 13" flat across Length is 18.5" Suspender strap from waist to top of shoulder is 14" approx.
