I have to be honest this could be knit or crochet, I really can’t tell. But it’s a great top looking for a new home. No stretch to garment. Slight boat neck opening. All measurements are taken while flat: P2P: 22” Length: 24” Sleeve length: 6” Neck opening: 10”
