Handmade Dress (not by me) :)

This dress I purchased during a trip to India from a dressmaker who made it by hand. The fabric is exquisite-- darker brown pieces running through it are like velvet. It has a feminine flair at the bottom. I've been debating what to do with this dress as I love it but it is too big for me. 50 inches top of shoulder to bottom of skirt; arms are 19” from seam out the outside to end; 16inches wide at waist when pulled wide; neck opening is about 8inches wide. BTW, I'm 5'2" 100lbs. Size is a guess.
