Handmade Ethnic Print Swing Pleat Twirl Skirt High Waist Small Blue/Orange/Green

Handmade ethnic print fabric skirt. Purchased from the maker at a craft fair. High waist, wide pleats, side zip. Has lots of movement--it twirls. Really fun print in bright blue, orange, and lime green. No tag but it fits a size Small; it was my daughter's and she wore it when she was a small/4-6. Perfect condition--no signs of wear.
