Handmade Floor Length Skirt

This shirt was handmade in India. It is floor length and pleated with an elastic, draw-string, midrise waist. Says size small, but could definitely work if you wear size medium. Like new condition; I only wore it a couple times. Material is 80% silk, 20% viscose, making it lightweight. A perfect summer time choice. Easy to dress up or down.
