This beautiful hand made folk art doll was handmade by village women in Cappadocia, Turkey. The dolls reflect the clothing culture of the region. They are made as folk art for tourists visiting the area to show the beautiful fabric of the area. The head is made from a bottle cap covered with cloth and the face is hand painted on the cloth. The legs are made from wire and are flexible to place the doll in a sitting or standing position. From top to bottom the dolls is 10 inches long.
