Handmade Halloween Hat

Brand new, handmade (no tags because it’s handmade), unused, orange & white Halloween hat! Has a painted orange skull face on it, white bat like wings on both sides, and some sparkly orange lining around the hat. There is some yellowish color on some areas of the white fabric but it is natural (see pics). Very cute & great for big kids or adults! Diameter of hat is about 22in.
