Handmade Halloween Hat

Brand new, handmade (no tags because it’s handmade), unused, orange & black Halloween hat! Has a painted witch on it, with some orange & black ribbons at the bottom, and a layer of small black flowers placed into some orange ribbon all around the bottom of the hat.
