Handmade Jacket, from US Army wool blanket

Jacket made by hand from vintage wool army blanket. Color is army drab green. Lined in fuzzy off-white cotton fleece, with polyester lining in sleeves for easy on/off. Blanket originally dates to 1950s, original blanket label is sewn into inside back of jacket. Straight, short style, with zip closure, collar, and cuffs. Cuff buttons are non-functional. Back of jacket shows “US” marking that is original to the blanket. Actual garment measurements: 22” wide across front at armpits, 23.5” long from back collar seam to hem. There is one small hole in front that appears to have been moth damage to the blanket before it was sewn into the jacket—see photo
