garnerstudio2 @gracie311717 So beautiful a dress! It is 36” bust and 29” waist. Never worn. Also, this is a tie back dress, meaning you some wiggle room in the chest and waist area. The hip is free.

garnerstudio2 @gracie311717 The ties give you more room. You can also reduce the width easier with ties if you need to. The outer layer is chiffon. There is an under layer. Very well made.
