Do you know what the circumference is when it is hooked to the last hole? I’m trying to figure out if this will fit my 17 lb Jack Russell (her neck is about 10.5-11 inches… so I think it will work, but I keep buying collars and getting burned). If you have a pic of the collar with a measuring tape next to it, that would be helpful - thanks!
