Handmade Novelty Cat Batik Print Jacket

Super darling handmade open front coat. Dark emerald green with tan, tea stained looking batik, novelty cat print. 3/4 dolman sleeves, no pockets. Fabric feels like cotton and whoever made it clearly put a lot of effort in. It doesn't even seem worn! It was sold to me as a 2X but that's considering the bust only; it's probably best for a large or XL but check specifics below, the hips will be where it matters most.
