There are darts around bust to fit the feminine form and pleats sewn under the midsection to give the skirt fullness. The back is lace up giving size flexibility with a sewn in modesty panel. Laying flat tightest measurements: Bust - 17 Waist - 15 Length - 42 Defects: Fabric fold caught in stitching see pic 2. Some of the eyelets have fabric slipping in the backs, resolve by using a very small safety pin attached at end of ribbon for easier lacing. See comments for additional information.
