Handmade Pink & Yellow Tutu Dress - 6-12 Months

The soft pink bodice is 100% cotton yarn. Skirt is alternating strips of pink and yellow tulle. Button closure on back is covered by a lovely bow made of tulle. The headband is topped with roses and ties with a pink ribbon. Underarm width 20” diameter unstretched, 22” stretched. Approximate size 6-12 months (the mannequin is approx. a 1 year size). The yellow bobbles at the waist provide an easy way to weave a ribbon through if you want to cinch the waist tighter (that ribbon is not included).
