Handmade Pokémon Skirt

Handmade Pokémon skirt. Bought but never wore because it is a bit small for me. Would best fit a size medium. Front panel got sewed on backwards so it's the wrong side fabric in the front.. can send measurements if needed, just message me for any questions!
