Handmade Quilted Mermaid Tote Bag with Zip Closure

A one of a kind, handmade 100% cotton quilted tote bag. Includes quilted fabric, padded handles, inset zippered closure and 2 large interior pockets. It features a wacky underwater scene with mermaids & King Neptune with his trident (in red stripe PJ's), sunken ships and other sea creatures. There is a solid teal canvas bottom section and coordinating aqua lining. It measures 17" across, 16" tall and the base is 4" deep. It has a plastic mesh insert in a fabric sleeve in the bag for stability.
