Handmade Retro Dress

This listing is for a unique handmade form fitted dress. The dress top is made from a very soft chartreuse fabric with an attached skirt in stripped fabric of white, hot pink, yellow and purple. The skirt tight fitting yet comfy with fabric that has give. There is a ruffle around the waist of the skirt, in the same matching fabric as the skirt. There are no tags attached, but I have personally worn this item and I am a size 8, and it fit me perfectly. Tina the Mannequin loves the colors of this one piece!
