Best fits a small or medium Made from upcycled vintage dresses Blue & white striped with blue lace at the bottom Top is off-the-shoulder with short puffy sleeves and a cinched elastic waist. Measurements: Length top to bottom is about 12 inches Width pit to pit is about 17 inches Waist is about 13 inches flat across with stretch Skirt is partially see-through at the bottom and there are slits going up each side of the lace part.
