Handmade Ruffle Scarf- Brand New

Beautiful black ruffle scarf with blue, yellow, and pink/red metallic threads woven in. It is 88 inches in length and would be great for anyone short or tall. Great accessory to dress up that little black dress in the summer when you don't want a jacket! This is the only one I have!
