These were handmade last year for my youngest for Halloween. They slip on and then your kiddo puts their shoes on underneath. I think they’d fit anywhere from a 10 little kid to a size 2 youth shoe. They’re made of felt. Up close they definitely look a little FIY, but they look adorable in photos. 😊
