Handmade Skirt from India

Handmade skirt from India w/ beautiful block print pattern in vibrant yellow, green, and turquoise. Elastic waist, front pockets. Unlined, fabric is a thin cotton. This was a dress I got in India. I loved the print and colors but didn’t love the style. So I had a tailor refashion it into a skirt. Unfortunately it’s a little too tight in the waist for me. Unmarked size but fits like a 00 or 0P. Waist stretches but the elastic is pretty tight so recommend for a 24” waist. Waist 11” Length 19”
