This is a beautiful, single solid 14k yellow gold helix piercing (right ear) in the shape of a stem with 7 engraved leaves and an elegant matte finish. It comes in box with a 14k gold ear backing. I have added the last picture with the location of the piercing that fits the earring. The length from the end of the stem to the end of the central leaf is 1.4 inches (3.5 cm) The maximum width is 0.4 inches (1.1 cm ) The post is made of 19 gauge ( 0.9 mm ) wire. 14k stamp on back.
