Collars are made to order so fabric placement may vary but each collar will be just as cute! All of our collars are made with a nylon or polyester webbing interior core encased in a high-quality fabric that is top-stitched for style and durability. Each collar comes with a D ring stitched into the collar, and a bell as shown in the photos. All collars in this listing are 3/8" wide.
