Handmade Unisex Sweater Vest in Light Heather Blue

Brand new handmade unisex sweater vest in a light heather blue color. Not sure what material it is made of by the handcrafter but it is semi-soft and not itchy. Would make a nice gift for the winter season. No tags. Approximate length from shoulder to end of vest is 24 inches and from waist to waist at widest area is 15 inches. Stretches slightly.
