Handmade Vintage 70's Dress Size Small

Darling handmade dress was made in the 70s. Super cute, even showed lace underpinning on hemline Has a spot under the arm, look at the close up picture. other spots came out when I treated and washed them, but I didn't see this spot until photo. So should come out with spot treatment.
