Handmade Vintage Blue Color Block Dress

This blue dress is so lovely. It's in excellent condition and hardly looks like it's been worn. She's got shoulder pads! They can easily be cut if you don't like the look. I'm not sure the material or size (no tag) but my guess would be polyester; measurements below Length 41.5" Sleeve 9" Shoulders 14.5" Waist 18" Bust 19"
