Handmade Vintage Dress. Perfect for holiday parties! Buttons go all the way down the front of the dress. The waist is cinched by carefully placed pleats which run down the generously flared skirt. The belt fastens with Velcro. The fabric is so bright and festive. Fabric and size content unavailable, I would guess size 2 or 4; but see measurements.
