Handmade Vintage Grey Ruffled Top

Vintage grey top that has ruffled hems and a rouched detail that i added down the middle! The neckline was originally stretched so i fixed it by adding this detail, and the only damage is a very light stain on the back that you can hardly notice. It’s tagged a large but i think this would best fit a small or medium (there’s some stretch to it). It measures 14” armpit to armpit and 20” top to bottom. Any questions lmk!
