Handmade Vintage House Dress, 70s?

I bought this BEAUTIFUL handmade dress at a vintage resale shop, and there are no tags as it was made with love in someone’s home. If only she could talk and tell us her story! Sadly, she just doesn’t fit anymore, so it’s time she finds her next home. I will guess she’s around a size 6, as that was my size when I bought her. Material feels like polyester. The pictures look like she is a peachy/coral, but she is a true pink. Smoke free home!
