Hello! I have a very cutesy, handmade by me, milkmaid blouse! The shoulder stretches up to 29 inches, armpit is 24inches and the length is 20inches. the front and back are modern machine quilted fabric, but the sleeves are a vintage nursery fabric. Everything is sewed with my serger and reinforced with French seams! This fits up to an XL, maybe 1XL.
