Handmade Vintage Pom Pom Cable Cardigan

Gorgeous vintage cardigan that appears to have been handmade! I purchased it on Etsy. Excellent condition. Worn 2-3 times. Unsure if the material as it is handmade and doesn’t have any tags. My guess in size would be that it would best fit a S or M. Happy to provide measurements if needed, just comment!
