Handmade Vintage Prom Dress, 1950’s, Blue with Polka Dots and Front Bow

This dress is absolutely stunning! Made with so much care. It is definitely for someone who is extremely petite, I would say XS/XXS. There is a cottony lining underneath the transparent outer layer, and the bow ties in the front. It would be worn over or off the shoulder, as there is elastic along the top-band. The belt-ribbon is frayed on both ends.
