Handmade Wool Toddler Skirt with Suspenders

I bought this from a maker on Etsy who is no longer making clothing. She was fund raising. All things were made of wool. I believe someone else is now using the name Flax & Wool. My daughter wore this when she was about 18 months, but could have much longer than that. There aren't any tags, and I don't remember the exact size. The straps have two adjustments. Heavy weighted wool. Would be super warm for fall/winter with leggings. Color is black. Let me know if you would like measurements.
