Handmade black and white checkered romper from Etsy by Mabel & Tibbs size 12

Bought this from a botique on Etsy (Mabel & Tibbs, check them out!), but it doesn’t work for me. Hoping it finds a new home! High neck, airy flowy leg, pockets! Not regular sizing, but I’m a US women’s size 12 typically, and this fits slightly small on the chest (I have a 42” bust) and wide on the legs.
