Awesome OOAK handmade pencil skirt made from the coolest fabric, a mesh with faux leather cut out flowers. The skirt is fitted through the hips then flares out slightly at the hem and has a scallop edge. The waistband is black satin and there is a back vent. Well made, has a mini skirt lining and is super flattering and soft and comfy to wear. Lightly worn condition, really nice piece! Fits like a M/L.
