tmartinek @amberthegr81 aww me too, I've been having really bad tension headaches and neck pain. on top of that, my mom JUST had a fusion in January and already has another herniation so I've been trying to help out. No worries about the shares. Hope you feel better! :)

amberthegr81 @tmartinek I hope you get to feeling better too. I have 2 budged discs in my neck and they have arthritis growing on them, and 4 budged discs in my back with 2 of those with arthritis. I'm only 38 but I feel like an 80 year old woman 😂 I also get tension headaches and migraines. Those really suck!!!! Especially when I'm trying to take care if my 3 year old. How you feel better and things don't get worse for you like they did for me.
