Handmade circle skirt

This skirt twirls for days. Purchased on Etsy, it was handmade in Portland, Oregon. No pockets, unlined. The color is closest to the model photo. So so cute, very soft. 100% cotton. The waist doesn't seem to have stretch so I would stick to a size 0 or 2 for this one.
