Handmade crocheted Princess Belle infant costume dress w/ headband and slippers

Beautiful handmade Princess Belle crocheted costume dress. Yellow tiered and off the shoulder. Included is the matching headband and slippers. Yarn used is very soft! There is no size as it is handmade so I included measurements to help with fitting. No flaws of any kind and no evidence of ever even being worn! Please let me know if you have any questions!
