Handmade drawstring mini skirt in monster and skull print w/ black lace, Small

This is a drawstring skirt that I sewed myself from a Simplicity pattern, but it’s too small for me. Never worn NWOT. It ideally fits about 27” waist, so a size Small. But the drawstring makes it adjustable to be a bit smaller or bigger if needed. I forget the name of the fabric designer but it is an adorable monster and skull print in black red and white. I added black lace to the bottom of the skirt and finished the raw edges on the inside with a zig-zag stitch to help it from fraying. Excellent construction
