Handmade dress with collar and removable bow

This dress is definitely a labor of love used it when I was dressing up like Sally from Charlie Brown for Halloween It has a small stain but where the stain is the bow will cover It is a periwinkle blue with white polkadots I was a size 2/4 when I wore this dress
