Handmade flats, knitwovwn material blue and white size 11 fits like a 9.5 10

Fuchsia Artesian made luxury flats. Worn a few times. I am a size 10.5 to 11 so these run small. they fit more like a 10. The material on the shoe is a hand woven soft material. They are slick on the bottoms but after a few wears I'm sure that will go away.
