Tutus are made with 75-100 yds of high quality tulle. Can be made with a variety of Waistband choices: crochet headband, elastic, or fabric covered elastic. Waistband can also be made with a Velcro closure or as a slip on. Chooses from a variety of colors and color combinations. Also comes with a beautiful fabric flower with crystal center stone to attach to waistband or as a hair clip.
